Fields of Despair

In a place not unlike our own with people not unlike ours, a group of people went for a game involving feet and a ball. For simplicity, lets call this group of people HL. This group went down to the fields and wanted to start playing when suddenly...

Another group ask this group HL to leave the field and shift to another field just behind. Being there 1st,the HLs didn't want to leave and asked the other group of invaders to shift. For simplicity sake, lets call this group CL.

So the CLs said that they played at the field everyday and it was theirs to use. Like this how to settle??

The HL come to the field 1st, but the CL ask the HL to leave because they use the field everyday. So this means that they ( CL) have the right to use the field.
1 of the CLs said this :

" U tanya siapa siapa tinggal kat sini, semoa orang tau kita slalu main kat sini "
" Kita main sini tiap tiap hari.. U pigi blakang la "

I didn't know that just because you use a PUBLIC PLACE regularly means you have the right to chase people away. If like that, i can chase someone out of a particular toilet cubicle because i use it everyday?

So one of the HL decided : screw it! Standoff with the CL la.. we use half the field, they use half.

Great idea but for the fact that the CLs had more people and their numbers grew by the moment. The HLs had no choice but to back down and play somewhere else.

Does this story remind you of a place or situation familiar to you? Have you ever felt Tulan because a group of people who think that having the MAJORITY can just push people around and lay claim to PUBLIC AMENITIES even if they don't have the right?
